How did you get the name Litehouse & why is it spelled wrong? Are all of your products "lite?"

In 1958, the Hawkins family purchased Hurschell's Lighthouse Restaurant in the small lakeside town of Hope, Idaho. As a point of difference, they renamed it The Litehouse. Back then, there were no LITE products. The salad dressing industry first introduced lite and fat-free products in the late 1980's due to consumer trends and demand.

Do you have other brands besides Litehouse?

Where can I find Green Garden products?

As Litehouse Foods continues to grow and refresh our family of brands, some longtime favorites eventually make way for what’s next. Green Garden has officially retired, but its love of bold, herb-forward flavor lives on.

If you’re looking for a new go-to, Litehouse® Freeze-Dried Herbs bring big flavor and easy convenience, no fridge required.
